What inspired this project?

As a man who converted from atheism to Christianity a couple of years back I constantly am on the hunt for ways to use the skills I have been gifted to in turn inspire and encourage others. In the Bible the Church is referred to as “The Kingdom” and throughout my time as a disciple I have realised how much everyone within the church loves to gift each other extraordinarily written cards of encouragement. I even know a friend who kept all of his to come back to and read through in times of sadness. Words have such a power and can be used as such a force for good in people's lives. The words “I love you”, “I am proud of you” or even “I believe in you” leave a greater mark than we can imagine.

Ever since I was young I have been drawing and sketching and later on in life combined this skill with writing poems or encouraging letters to people. Realising now that there is an actual need for these types of cards within the Church and without as well, I thought “Why not make them myself?”. So this page is now fully dedicated to see people's visions for their encouragement cards come to life!
